  1. May 08, 2020  Overview: Keto at McDonald’s. Much like the tactics I use for eating Keto at Wendy’s, you’ll want to stick to these basics. Avoid the heavy carbs: french fries, buns, wraps, bagels, biscuits, etc.; Make wise condiment choices due to the fact that some are loaded with sugar.; Be wary of the sugar-free iced coffee and dressings.

  3. Apr 17, 2020  Behold, the Land, Sea, and Air Burger at @mcdonalds. It's essentially a Big Mac with a McChicken patty and a Filet-O-Fish fillet stuffed inside. The world is.
  4. Jan 17, 2020  The nutrition of this breakfast sandwich from McDonald's is on point: 260 calories, 8 grams of fat, 16 grams of protein, 29 grams of carbs. 'There's no better way than to start the day with a healthy dose of protein,' Zarabi says. 'If you're trying to reduce any bloat, you can even skimp out on the processed cheese which will reduce calorie count by 50 and significantly reduce the sodium content.

Jul 20, 2015  For those not in the know, a 'Land, Air, and Sea Burger' is a Big Mac, McChicken, and Filet-O-Fish all slammed together. A 'McGangBang' is a McChicken sandwiched inside a double cheeseburger. If you've ever wondered what exactly goes into a McDonald's sandwich (or what the heck that secret sauce stuff is anyways), you might be a little surprised to learn that all of the ingredients are readily available at your local grocery store. In an interesting move, McDonald's has released a video featuring Executive Chef Dan Coudreaut showing, step by step, how to make your own Big Mac. For all those 'kewl McDonalds life hack' people. When you ask for non salted fries just to get a hot batch, you are just making their jobs harder. I just read this from an article telling you to ask for 'steamed buns: 'And if the dead-eyed teenager at McDonald's tells you they 'can't do.

Who wants free burgers?

A hack that lets McDonald's customers eat for free in Australia seems to have been revealed in a viral video. If it's true, it's not likely to work in the U.S. since the burger chain's discounts vary by location.

Two friends demonstrated the trick in a two-minute video posted to YouTube on Sunday that has garnered 1.1 million views. They appear to have duped the self-service kiosk into giving them 11 free burgers — or 10 meatless sandwiches and one traditional burger.

USA TODAY reached out to McDonald's to inquire about the authenticity of the free burger loophole. When the burger chain responds or issues a statement, we will update the story.

In the video, the friends walk viewers through how they scored the extremely discounted menu items.

Want free food? How to fill 2019 with free coffee, doughnuts and cheeseburgers

'We're here at Maccas. It's me and my friend, Matthias,' the person holding the camera says. 'We're here and we want the dollar hamburger, right? Actually, we want ten of them.'

Maccas is a nickname for McDonald's in Australia.

It seems that by ordering 10 burgers for $1 each using the self-service machine, the customers received a discount on a regular $1 hamburger. By then removing the meat from 10 burgers, each meal was discounted by $1.10, giving the two customers enough surplus to cover the cost of a regularly priced burger.

The total for the entire order read $0.00.

After requesting to check out, the computer confirms there is 'no payment required' and prints out a receipt and an order number.

'Fantastic!' the person holding the camera says after the receipt prints out.

The video concludes with the friends opening a brown McDonald's bag, revealing one regular burger and set of buns with ketchup and pickles on it which one of them refers to as the patty-less burger 'that cost negative ten cents'.

Reactions to the video on Reddit ranged from 'It's a colossal waste of food' to 'That pattyless burger is the most depressing meal I’ve ever seen.'

One Redditor asked, 'But why would you tell... THE ENTIRE WORLD?'

In the U.S., McDonald's is currently offering a deal that allows customers to buy one Big Mac and get the second one for 50-cents. The deal is only availble to people who use the burger chain's mobile app.
